- Hello! I am a fine arts painter, with a BFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. My primary painting medium is oil and alkyd, and mostly I work in a representational style. Love your post, that you posted it at all that is! :) I hope that today is better for you. That's why Monday is my day off! One of the best things about being self employed, I don't do Mondays!
